Huntington Beach, Calif.-- Today, Republican Gracey Van Der Mark announced the endorsement of Orange County Supervisor Don Wagner in her campaign for the State Assembly. Supervisor Don Wagner is a long-time elected official in Orange County currently representing the 3^rd District of the Orange County Board of Supervisors he previously served in the State Assembly and as Mayor of Irvine.

“I’m proud to have the support of Supervisor Don Wagner in my campaign,” said Van Der Mark. “Supervisor Wagner has been a great representative of the Republican Party in Orange County for years and he has been a great advocate for more local control from the oppressive state policies. When I’m elected to the State Assembly, I will fiercely stand against state mandates and wasteful spending that strip away our local control."

Supervisor Wagner joins a list of overwhelming local Republican support backing Gracey’s campaign for State Assembly. Supervisor Don Wagner joins fellow Supervisor Janet Nguyen in support of Van Der Mark and just recently, Gracey announced the endorsement of Assemblyman Phillip Chen and Ambassador Richard Grenell.
